Malabar Dark Hot chocolate
- 50g of Malabar Dark Drinking Chocolate Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder
- Pinch of salt
- 150g milk
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 15 g 55% Blended Dark Chef’s chocolate chips
- Whipped cream optional for topping
- In a small pot, combine Malabar Dark Drinking chocolate mix, espresso powder, salt, and milk. Whisk over medium-high heat until smooth. Whisk in cream and heat until steaming.
- Turn heat down to medium and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Transfer to a cup and serve topped with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!
