Make chocolate based cocktails using cacao nibs which have citrus-y flavour tones.

Ingredients:

Recipe:

  • Steep for 2 weeks. Strain and add 30 ml brown sugar syrup.
  • Store the liqueur in the fridge for up to 8 months - use it in cocktails, desserts (who else is thinking of a boozy chocolate tiramisu)
