Vodka nibs infusion by Suraj Gupta
- Vodka - 150 ml
- Roasted Malabar Forest Cacao Nibs - 100g
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Steep for 2 weeks. Strain and add 30 ml brown sugar syrup.
- Store the liqueur in the fridge for up to 8 months - use it in cocktails, desserts (who else is thinking of a boozy chocolate tiramisu)
