July 07, 2021 Vodka nibs infusion by Suraj Gupta Make chocolate based cocktails using cacao nibs which have citrus-y flavour tones. Ingredients: Vodka - 150 ml Roasted Malabar Forest Cacao Nibs - 100g Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp Recipe: Steep for 2 weeks. Strain and add 30 ml brown sugar syrup.
