Grown by a co-operative of small holder farmers, we source fresh organically certified cacao beans form different localities in the green hills of Idukki. The uniquely diverse Idukki region in India is reminiscent Sweet Raisin aroma and a rich chocolatey flavour. With notes juicy Red Apples, Cherry, Raisin and Hazelnut. After cascading small wooden box fermentation and sun drying they make their way to our facility in Jaipur where we create divine chocolatey goodness!
