Bean to Bar Workshop
At All Things we source beans from some of the most exciting regions around the world for Bean to Bar. This class will enable you to understand the process and theory of making chocolate and enhance your knowledge of chocolate flavour profiles. By understanding the process of making chocolate, you will be able to control the roasting profile, refinement, sweetness and flavour of your own unique craft chocolate!
What you will learn:
- Cocoa bean selection and storage
- Inclusion of sugar
- Making a bar
At the end of this class you will take home one single origin bar created by our craft chocolate makers specially for you.
