Made from bean to chocolate at our small chocolate factory based out of Jaipur, India, our vegan chef’s chocolate is excellent for baking and recipes that require even melting. These are Pre crystallised chocolate chunks which are perfect for tempering chocolate. It melts evenly and has more fluidity as compared to all our other dark chocolate variants hence; making it perfect for enrobing pralines and truffles. It has very balanced flavour notes, making it apt for any kind of baking or cooking.

Malabar Forest, Kerala
The cocoa grown by 71 small scale farmer families in the midst of the remote forest of Kaithapara, Kerala; intercropped with timber and fruit trees like teak, coconut, papaya, mango, and jack fruit but also with spices like black pepper, nutmeg, cashew and cardamom. With a total forest area of approx. 83.5km and 77 hectares of farming lands (organic) cultivated, this scenic wild forest offers ideal growing conditions for the complex, fruity, raisin, chocolatey and caramel beans, named Malabar forest.

With light wooded notes it has hints of citrus, caramel and refreshing banana notes- highlighted only with raw cane sugar. *Just like wine flavour notes in chocolate are very subjective and all the notes that are mentioned above have been derived by an extensive tasting sessions done by our chocolate makers overtime.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Every single chocolates is made fresh at our chocolate factory in Jaipur, in small batches, by hand. We make our very best effort to ensure that every order goes out within 24-72 hours during business days. Please note additional time is needed during peak holiday rush.
Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday, to avoid your chocolate being in a transit facility over the weekend. We may due to unforeseen conditions, not be able to ship out orders on certain days. This is to prevent the chocolates from melting in transit or a shipping facility that is not temperature controlled.
Shipping can take anywhere between 24-96 Hours depending on where we are shipping to. All orders are sent out with gel packs or dry ice to ensure your chocolates stay cold during transit. However despite that we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will not melt, specially during the hot summer days
