The Cocoa Fusilli is made by with locally sourced semolina and cocoa from ‘All Things Chocolate’ . Each batch of dough is carefully weighed, kneaded, extruded and hand cut through bronze dies that gives the pasta a rustic and porous texture that holds sauce beautifully. This pasta is then air dried at low temperatures over a course of 40-60 hours to preserve its nutritional integrity while giving you the perfect ‘bite’. The end result is a delicious fusilli that adds colour to your plate and also surprises your palate! Pair it with an Alfredo sauce or Aglio e olio for a flavourful meal.
