No-Churn Double Chocolate Ice Cream
This yummy and decadent chocolate ice cream during hot summer months is a MUST HAVE! Our unsweetened & non-alkalised cocoa powder has balanced chocolate taste and great solubility - making it the ideal choice for baking applications.
- 480 ml Heavy cream
- 400g sweetened condensed milk
- 50g Unsweetened Cacao Powder
- 175g 33% Single Origin Idukki Milk Chocolate Chips/ Chunks
- Using a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Add the condensed milk, cocoa powder & chocolate chips.
- Fold in until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan, and cover tightly. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or overnight before serving
